Sow Leah - Whimsie Doodles April Release

Woohoo, it is time again for another fabulous release at Whimsie Doodles! This month all of the new images are digital, so they are available for instant download! Make sure to head on over to the Whimsie Doodles blog to see all of the new sets.

For today's card I used the new Sow Leah digital image. Doesn't Leah look adorable pushing her wheelbarrow of gardening goodies?! The card base is (yet again) a clear card blank from ShortCuts and I have created a small inner card to hide the personal message. Since the digital stamps can be resized as needed, I was able to reduce the stamp so it would fit the tag die cut I wanted to use.

I used some decorative scissors on the green paper to make it look like grass. There is a strip on the bottom of the image tag and the front of the clear card. I create the clear button using a circle of paper that matches the paper used on the inner card. I added a couple of punched flourishes to finish off the card.

Sow Leah is available for purchase today at the Whimsie Doodles online store for only $3!! Make sure to check out what the rest of the Doodlelicious Divas are doing with this stamp and others from the new release - all of their blogs are linked on the left.

And now a SPECIAL OFFER for fans and readers of my blog: Use the coupon code below (ALICIA10), the next time you shop at the Whimsie Doodles Online Store and receive 10% OFF your order!

What a cute stamp! I love that you used your decorative scissors on this card. I haven't used them in ages and think I better dig them out to let them know they are still loved! Nice job using your Copics, girl!
