Last week on the Whimsie Doodles blog Melyssa posted a fantastic tutorial on coloring hair with COPIC markers. After seeing how easy she made it look I had to give it a try and am very pleased with the results, even after just my first couple of tries.
I used Whimsie Doodles' School Goodies Digital Stamp Set to create the two teacher thank you cards shown above. I used the same color for both girls' hair, but used a different shade for the final blending.
The rest of the cards are pretty much the same, with just a couple changes to the layout. After layering all of the papers together I added a glittered apple punch to the side of the "Thank You" ticket I made.
If you have COPICs and have been wondering how to color the hair I highly suggest trying out Melyssa's tutorial.
