Snuggle Bug - Whimsie Wednesday Challenge


For the latest Whimsie Wednesday Challenge, Tobi has challenged us to create a card/project using a Sentiment Banner. You can get all of the details HERE, including how you can win a FREE Whimsie Doodles image!

For today's card I have used the latest rubber stamp set from Whimsie Doodles - Baby Joy! I paper-pieced the little lady bug image, then used the coordinating sentiment for my sentiment banner. I used a nesting die to cut the shape for the card base.

Just the details… (1) Used foam adhesive to give dimension to focal point and paper-pieced lady bug, (2) Stamped the sentiment onto vellum so the patterned papers show through a bit, (3) Used a polka dot embossing folder on card base to tie into polka dotted patterned paper.
